Cukup Derita Itu is a Malaysian romantic family drama about twin sisters Ellani and Ellana, who are raised by their cruel aunt after their parents' deaths. While Ellana enjoys a privileged life, Ellani endures constant mistreatment. Their rivalry intensifies when Zarul, originally engaged to Ellana, falls in love with and marries Ellani after losing his memory. Driven by jealousy and revenge, Ellana and their aunt plot to destroy the couple's marriage.
