Li Yuchuan, now the CEO of Li Corporation, still holds a grudge for what happened back then, and insists that Shen Zhiyu must have approached him with malicious intentions. He tells her that his family is in bad financial situation and his fiancé refuses to marry him. Li Yuchuan gets one thing right—Shen Zhiyu does have a special reason for coming back to her hometown, which is to find her long-lost family.
