When a powerful tornado sweeps young Dolly and her faithful dog Totoshka away from Kansas, they find themselves in the magical Land of Oz. Hoping to return home, Dolly sets out on a journey to the Emerald City, where a mysterious wizard may hold the key to her escape. Along the way, she befriends the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodman, and the Cowardly Lion, each searching for something they believe they lack. Together, they encounter wicked witches, magical creatures, and unexpected dangers as their adventures lead them deeper into the mysteries of Oz.
